Women’s bodies and general wellbeing are deeply impacted by stress and over-doing. Our hormonal systems in particular can struggle to cope, resulting in adrenal fatigue and for some, compromised thyroid function. Taking time out to nurture yourself with supportive movement, rest and sound can help restore balance and vitality.
You are invited to join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating afternoon combining yoga, live music and sound healing. Experienced yoga teacher, Sandra Sperber, will guide you through a gentle flow and yin yoga sequence that will support your wellbeing and vitality, focusing especially on thyroid and adrenal health. This will be accompanied by live music, nurturing vocal practices and a soothing sound bath from singer and sound healer, Louise Charman-James. Complete your afternoon of self-care with chai, a chat and homemade bliss balls after the practice.
